Caring for Senior Citizens
Shanto-Mariam Elderly Residence Society: Active and Growing
The Shanto-Mariam Elderly Residence Society's programme is progressing in full swing. What began
with around 6 elderly individuals has now expanded to accommodate almost 15 senior citizens.
These elders receive free housing, meals, and healthcare services. Moreover, preparations are
underway to provide space for additional 10 seniors from diverse backgrounds.
Supporting Welfare-Focused Organizations
In addition to providing a home for seniors, the foundation offers financial assistance and support to
welfare-oriented organizations such as Al-Markazul Islam and Anjuman-e-Mofidul Islam, which have
received cash financial aid to assist with burials and related needs.
